How good is the Telugu, honestly?

Good on the things phone calls are made of — names, dates, rupee amounts, and code-mixed lines like "EMI date extend cheyyocha?". It still trips on very heavy dialect and noisy backgrounds, so every agent has a transfer-to-human rule and you can listen to any recording.
Can I keep my existing business number?

Yes. Forward your current landline or mobile to Voxera, or connect a SIP trunk. You can also buy a new Indian number from the dashboard.
What happens when the AI cannot handle it?

You set the rules — an angry caller, a disputed amount, or anything off-script gets warm-transferred to your team with a short summary of what was said.
Where does my data live?

In Indian cloud regions. Recordings are encrypted at rest, you choose the retention window, and your call data is never used to train models shared with other customers.
How long does setup take?

Is this legal for outbound calls?
