Refunds and cancellation
Calling balance is prepaid. Anything you have not spent is yours, and you can ask for it back.

Unused balance
Ask at any time and the unspent balance on your account is refunded in full to the account you paid from. There is no fee for this and no notice period.
Email bhariswarnaik@gmail.com from the address the account is registered to, saying you want the balance refunded. We confirm the amount back to you before sending anything.
Minutes already spent
Calls that were made and connected are not refundable, because the telephony and the speech services behind them were paid for at the moment the call happened. Calls that never connected are not charged in the first place.
When something went wrong
If the agent said something it should not have, called outside the hours you set, called a parent you had removed, or called the same family more often than your own limit allows, those minutes are refunded whether or not the calls connected. Every call has a recording, so this is checked rather than argued about.
- Tell us the school and roughly when, and the recordings are pulled.
- If the fault is ours, the minutes are credited back to the balance, or refunded to your bank if you would rather.
- If a payment was taken twice for the same order, the duplicate is refunded in full.
A payment that did not credit
If money left your account and the balance did not move, do not pay again. Send the invoice number and the payment reference from your bank, and it is either credited or refunded within one working day. A payment that the gateway refused never reaches us and is released by your bank on its own, usually within five working days.
How long a refund takes
Approved refunds are sent within three working days. After that it is the banks: five to seven working days to appear on a card, usually faster on UPI. The refund goes back to the same method it was paid from, which is the payment gateway's rule and not ours.
Cancelling
There is no contract to cancel and no notice to give. Stop topping up and the account stops calling when the balance runs out. If you want the account closed and the data removed, say so and it is done within seven days, with any unused balance refunded first.
