Terms of service

These are the terms on which Bhukya Hariswar Naik provides Voxera. Using the service means agreeing to them.

Last updated 19 September 2026. Voxera is operated by Bhukya Hariswar Naik, sole proprietorship, Guntur, Andhra Pradesh.

1. What the service is

Voxera is a Telugu-speaking voice agent that rings parents on a school's behalf about pending fees, records what each parent says, and shows the school the conversation, the recording and the date the parent promised to pay.

It is sold to schools and other institutions collecting fees. It is not sold to individuals and is not for calling people who are not already customers of the school using it.

2. Who may use it

You must be authorised to act for the school whose account you open, and old enough to enter a contract. You are responsible for everyone you give a sign-in to, and for keeping those passwords to yourself.

3. The numbers you upload are your responsibility

You confirm that every parent on your register is a parent of a student at your institution, that the number is one they gave you, and that you are entitled to ring them about fees.

Breaking this is the one thing that gets an account closed without notice, because the number that gets blacklisted is yours and the complaint lands on the school.

4. Calls are recorded

Every call is recorded and transcribed, and both are shown to you. Whether the agent announces this to the parent is a setting on your account, on by default. You are responsible for choosing correctly for your jurisdiction and for telling parents if you are required to.

5. The agent is a machine and it will sometimes be wrong

It mishears, and it occasionally records a date or an amount that is not what the parent said. This is why the recording and the transcript sit beside every outcome: check anything that matters before you act on it. A promise shown in the dashboard is our best reading of the call, not a statement of fact about what a parent owes or agreed.

6. Money

7. Calling hours

The agent calls only within the hours and days set on your account, and never more often than the per-parent limit you set. Those limits exist to protect parents, and the service enforces them even when a campaign is told to run.

8. What we do not promise

The service is provided as it is. We do not promise that it will never be unavailable, that a call will always connect, that a parent will answer, or that any fee will be collected. A carrier outage, a mobile network problem or a speech service failure is outside our control.

Where liability cannot be excluded by law, it is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim. We are not liable for fees you did not collect, for a parent's reaction to a call, or for anything arising from data you uploaded that you were not entitled to upload.

9. Your data is yours

Your register, your call history and your recordings belong to you. Export them from the dashboard whenever you like. We do not sell them and do not use them to train anything. See the Privacy page.

10. Stopping

You can stop at any time; there is no term and no notice. We may suspend an account that breaks clause 3, that is used to defraud, or that does not pay. Where we close an account for any reason other than abuse, unused balance is refunded.

11. Changes

These terms may change. A material change is shown in the dashboard before it takes effect, and continuing to use the service after that is acceptance. The date at the top of this page is when it last changed.

12. Law

Indian law applies, and the courts of Andhra Pradesh have jurisdiction. Before going to court, write to us: most of what reaches a lawyer could have been settled by an email with a call recording attached.
