Nothing is shipped and there is nothing to deliver to an address. This page says so plainly, because a payment gateway will ask.

There is no physical product
Voxera is a service. Voxera is a Telugu-speaking voice agent that rings parents on a school's behalf about pending fees, records what each parent says, and shows the school the conversation, the recording and the date the parent promised to pay. Nothing is posted, couriered or handed over, so there is no delivery charge, no delivery window and no delivery area.
When what you paid for becomes available
Usually within a few hours, and always the same working day. A payment is confirmed by the gateway in seconds and the minutes are released once the calling capacity behind them is in place — selling a school 2,200 minutes means holding 2,200 minutes with the telephony carrier and the speech provider, and that is put there before the balance is released, not after it is spent.
Calling is paused between the two. The dashboard says so plainly, with the amount received, so a payment is never silently waiting. Nothing is lost while it waits.
- The payment appears under Payments in Settings the moment it clears, with its invoice number and the tax inside it.
- The balance and the minutes appear when the top-up is released, and the agent starts dialling again on its own.
- If a released balance has not appeared by the end of the working day, it is a fault and not a delay — write to us and it is fixed or refunded in full.
Where the service is available
India. The agent speaks Telugu and calls Indian mobile numbers. There is no restriction on where the school itself is, but the parents being called must be on an Indian number.
When calls are actually made
Buying balance does not start any calls. The school decides who is called and when, within the calling hours and days it sets for itself. The agent will not ring a parent outside those hours even if a balance is sitting there.
